Anthony is in his thirties, a father of several children. Since the age of three, his life has been a continuous series of every form of abuse a child can possibly experience. At that age, he was already the victim of rape by a babysitter. Because no justice was served, this child became completely unmanageable. He ended up in a children's home where violence and abuse were commonplace. He was moved from one home to another across the country.
At the age of 21, he was put out on the street: illiterate and totally unprepared to hold his own in a society he did not know. In this conversation, we go through all forms of abuse together and the consequences this has had on his entire life. Through his work in the workbook "Back on Track," he is beginning to make the connections for the many problems he has to face in his adult life.
He realizes that he must break the cycles and the consequences of severe childhood abuse in order to allow his children to grow up in a safe and peaceful environment.
This is a straightforward, honest and down-to-earth conversation about a very difficult subject for an adult man. Going back to a terrible childhood and making the connection between all forms of abuse and the consequences of his in later life.
